Lwanda Jawar is an award-winning Kenyan actor and model, best known for his role in Kenyan international film, The First Grader.
Between 2000-2007, he appeared on local Kenyan Soap Opera, Siri (Citizen TV), Mnazi Lane (KBC TV) and several theatre productions.
In 2012, he was nominated for best supporting actor at the 8th African Movie Academy Awards (AMAA).
He has since appeared in East Africa and Kenya's first telenovela, Kona, which aired on Africa Magic.
Lwanda was also Mr Kenya 2010.
